Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the UK and US
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Present customized digital marketing proposals based on client needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service packages
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales manager

Requirements

• Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate / O-Level
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or IT services (a plus)
• Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work independently under pressure
• Fresh candidates with excellent English and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Location: On-site at Gulberg, Lahore
• Work Mode: This is not a remote role
