Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to lead corporate client acquisition and retention, while driving brand presence in the market. This role will focus on developing business partnerships, generating leads, managing corporate accounts, and designing marketing initiatives that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align sales and marketing strategies for measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (B2B Focus)

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and close new corporate and institutional business opportunities (schools, organizations, large groups).

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients to drive repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.

Conduct professional product/service presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with key decision-makers.

Track and analyse sales data, preparing MIS reports for management.

Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth delivery of services for corporate clients.

Provide market insights and guide the team on new project scopes based on industry trends.

Marketing (B2B Alignment)

Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at B2B clients and organizations.

Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.

Develop and manage promotional materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, corporate decks).

Coordinate with the digital marketing team on LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, SEO, SEM, and industry-specific advertising.

Plan and participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or service-based companies.

Core Skills:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with corporate decision-makers.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Analytical skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and develop strategies.

Ability to design and adapt corporate sales collateral (charts, proposals, decks, brochures).

Working knowledge of creative tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
