Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive (Male Preferred) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in field sales, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure follow-ups until closure.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Support revenue growth by meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in sales/field sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a competitive market.
