Hiring: *Business Development Executive (2 Years Experience)*

Decoders Digital is looking for a Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in business growth and client acquisition.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Lead generation through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, etc.)

Identifying, reaching out, and building relationships with potential clients

Drafting proposals and handling client communications

Researching markets and discovering new business opportunities

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales/lead targets

*Required Skills & Expertise:*

Strong experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter

Email marketing & outreach campaigns

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong analytical and research abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
