Business Development Executive ( Night Shift , 6 Pm - 3 AM )

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth in our Medical billing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our billing solutions to clinics, hospitals, and medical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Present and promote our medical billing services through presentations, meetings, and proposals.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their revenue cycle management requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM software.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, billing regulations, and competitive offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
