Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Export Executive to manage and expand our international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying export opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing and shipment of medical products to global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international markets and export opportunities for medical devices and healthcare products.
  • Generate leads and build long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and proposals for export orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in international markets.
  • Achieve assigned export sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and online events (if required).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical products.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and markets simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with export management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
