Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing solutions and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Pitch Dinero Tech Labs’ services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized client proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related services).
  • Strong knowledge/awareness of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
