Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at HAVN, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with property owners interested in listing their properties for short-term rental with HAVN.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with landlords, understanding their needs, and showcasing the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of properties in our portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely if need be.
