Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, such as market research, networking events, and cold calls/emails.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Create sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with other departments to create materials that will support sales efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor business development processes within the organization to increase business revenue and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Garments industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic mindset.

UAE DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED

UAE WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience:

  • sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Garment Industry Experience is a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
