Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, such as market research, networking events, and cold calls/emails.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Create sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with other departments to create materials that will support sales efforts.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor business development processes within the organization to increase business revenue and growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, marketing, or communications.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Garments industry.
- Skills:
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic mindset.
UAE DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED
UAE WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience:
- sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Garment Industry Experience is a Plus
