With a growing portfolio and expanding international presence, we are now seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help drive further growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in order to expand business and increase profitability.
- Generate new business opportunities from scratch across the UAE within the Hospitality, Events, Healthcare, Attractions, Retail. Aviation and Transport sectors
- Retain and expand existing company relationships, product lines or market segments, and generating new business from prospective customers and suppliers.
- Oversee development and research activities to build on the Company’s strengths, identify potential new markets and business opportunities and increases market share.
- Proactively follow up on leads provided to convert into clients.
- Contact potential and existing clients to discuss and fully understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send professional quotes in line with client needs.
- Follow up with clients after sending quotes to secure business and close deals
- Stay up to date with the company’s product portfolio (for both sale and hire)
- Working closely with the UK team following up on leads and reporting back on sales pipeline
- Offering sales support to the UK team where required
- Create engaging business-related posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage and track all incoming and outgoing leads efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Provide solutions to client problems.
- Conduct field sales and client site visits where required.
- Carry out product demonstrations.
- Consistently generate a minimum of 10 new qualified leads per month.
Working Hours & Contract
- Part-time: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day (flexible). Leading possibly to a full-time role
- Holiday: 20 days plus public holidays (pro rata).

- Laptop and mobile phone provided
- Base Salary plus substantial sales commission
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred).
- Experience of using Linkedin for outreach and business development campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Flexibility to attend client meetings, field sales, and possibly international business trips
- Due to the high end nature of our clients, who you will be working with and visiting, you must be highly presentable with excellent communication skills
- Ideally you will already have a UAE VISA. However, a VISA can be provided if necessary.
- Highly presentable female, with a good command of English (must be first language)
- Preferably have a car and UAE driving license. If not, travel expenses to meetings etc will be paid
