Nest and Rest is a leading holiday home rental company based in the UAE, offering premium short-term rental solutions for travelers and property owners. We are currently looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team and help grow our portfolio of holiday homes in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new property owners to list their homes as holiday rentals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and key partners.
• Meet monthly targets for property acquisition and revenue growth.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the holiday home sector.
• Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure high guest satisfaction and property performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the holiday home rental industry (Required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Required)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English – spoken and written (Required)
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate and tourism landscape is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• UAE driving license is a plus
