Business Development Executive

Join our fast-growing team and build a career as Business Development in IT industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving global project success.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Write persuasive, client-focused proposals and understand project requirements
  • Engage with clients through calls, chats, and emails to close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery
  • Contribute ideas for sales campaigns and business growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–4 years of experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software sales (freshers and interns encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and craft winning proposals
  • Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or lead generation campaigns (a plus)
  • Willingness to work in US, UK, Egypt, and Germany shift timings
