ZMC Clinic in Al Quoz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new corporate clients, and enhance patient engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting healthcare services to increase patient volume and clinic revenue.

4. Patient Referral & Retention Strategy
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Key Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate healthcare services.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or insurance is highly preferred.
✅ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
✅ Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed revenue and patient acquisition targets.
✅ Networking Ability: Comfortable in attending corporate meetings, presentations, and business events.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
