Business Development Executive

ZMC Clinic in Al Quoz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new corporate clients, and enhance patient engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting healthcare services to increase patient volume and clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting corporate clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to drive patient referrals.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue targets for clinic services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote corporate healthcare packages to companies and organizations in Al Quoz and surrounding areas.
  • Convert corporate leads into long-term business partnerships.
  • Meet monthly targets for new patient referrals and revenue generation.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with potential and existing clients to enhance engagement and retention.

3. Relationship Management & Corporate Engagement

  • Schedule and attend meetings with corporate HR departments to present ZMC’s healthcare services.
  • Maintain strong communication and engagement with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Represent ZMC Clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate wellness programs.

4. Patient Referral & Retention Strategy

  • Develop initiatives to increase patient referrals from corporate clients and other sources.
  • Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for referred patients.
  • Maintain a minimum of 80% retention rate for corporate-referred patients.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, corporate clients, and revenue generated.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the management on performance and business growth.
  • Track the return on investment (ROI) of business development efforts and propose strategies for improvement.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate healthcare services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or insurance is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed revenue and patient acquisition targets.
Networking Ability: Comfortable in attending corporate meetings, presentations, and business events.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
