Business Development Intern at iOTA

Are you passionate about sales, client engagement, and digital marketing? At iOTA, we are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through networking, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Support the team in pitching iOTA’s digital marketing, branding, and content solutions.
  • Help develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data, track leads, and support the team in optimizing conversion rates.
  • Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for sales, business development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and assist in offering customized solutions.
  • Target-driven mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, emails, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
  • At least 0–6 months of experience or relevant exposure is desirable but not mandatory.

Type: Internship | Duration: 6 months | Location: Sector 75, phase 8A Mohali. Punjab.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
