Position: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to lead our business expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and deliver regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Ensure a high level of client service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of financial products and advisory services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in the Middle East market is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus.
