Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time/ Field work

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally with a confident and positive approach.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and perform fieldwork.
  • Good personality with a professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
