Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development. The role involves managing outbound and inbound sales activities, building client relationships, and driving the adoption of our SaaS ERP systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients, develop new markets, and grow your career in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads from digital campaigns, website, and events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

2. SaaS ERP Business Development

  • Promote and sell Glosix’s SaaS ERP systems to SMEs and enterprises.
  • Conduct tailored product demos, webinars, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions based on client needs.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Research client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Support in developing go-to-market strategies for European clients.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR leaders).
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Represent Glosix at networking events, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS ERP systems (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of European languages is a plus.
