TAI is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our growing team! If you are passionate about creativity, digital trends, and storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Work Schedule:

  • Total 6 days a week

- 4 days at Head Office (Tariq Road) — 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- 2 days at Ahsanabad Road (Maymar, Karachi) — 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Job Description:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Arrange meetings between clients and the sales manager
  • Present and sell residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Organize property viewings, open houses, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate deals, prepare offers, and manage the sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and admin teams for smooth transactions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
