Business Development Executive

We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online customization portal for active wear. Over the last 2 years, we have been able to serve more than 5000 clients across India. Hyve is dedicated to providing beautifully-printed Custom T-shirts, Corporate Wear, Hoodies, and Sports Apparel created with responsible and Eco-friendly production practices. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
  • Should need min 1 year experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development (Freshers can also apply)
  • Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
  • Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
  • Supervise all unresolved compliant for sales.
  • Generate and convert leads related to sports apparel and accessories .
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Should have good communication skill in English
  • Having proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage

Job Location: Kinfra Apperal Park, Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
