Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Medical Billing team. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare/medical billing sector.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales targets (basic + commission).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO / Business Development (a plus).
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to work in night shift (US hours).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary + Commission (performance-based).
