Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-4 years in Sales or Business Development (Beauty industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business accounts for Wella Professional in Dubai and surrounding areas.
  • Engage prospective clients, present tailored product solutions, and convert new accounts into active loyal customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand at trade events, client presentations, and product demonstrations as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the professional beauty or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
