Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong background in HR, recruitment, or staffing solutions to join our expanding team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients for our recruitment services, building lasting partnerships, and helping companies find the talent they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector
• Engage with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers through cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Promote Kaya Systems’ recruitment services tailored to U.S.-based companies
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards to source leads and gather market intelligence
• Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment agency, HR consulting firm, or staffing company is required
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing needs, and client acquisition in the HR domain
• Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM systems
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently during night shifts
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
