Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen business partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sustainable growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify emerging trends.
  • Present and promote SMSAMI’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and achieve shared goals.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product and service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year of relevant experience. (Outdoor and B2B sales experience is a plus.)
  • Strong business acumen with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly.

Details:

  • Experience: Fresh to 1 Year
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Shift: Morning, 10:00 AM onwards (Flexible Working Hours)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: 40,000 PKR – 75,000 PKR
  • Allowances: 30L Fuel + 2K Mobile + 75%–100% Commission on Every Sale
  • Number of Positions: 3
  • Location: Karachi
