Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our Business Development team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience, or ambitious fresh graduates eager to start their career in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management—especially in international markets.

This is a Evening shift role aligned with our global outreach strategy. Strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• No Cold Calling – Focus on inbound and warm leads through digital platforms.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities via Upwork and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and pain points.
• Support in preparing tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches to acquire new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a Evening shift environment.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, client handling, or a relevant internship role is a plus, but not required.
