Sales Executive

Location: patna, Bihar

Experience : 06 month to 5 years

Salary : 3.60 to 4.20 CTC

Role Summary:

Drive sales of Crystal Furnitech’s furniture (home & office), nurture client relationships, and hit revenue targets in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and follow up leads (B2C & B2B)
  • Deliver product demos and propose fits
  • Negotiate, close deals, maintain sales records
  • Manage Sales and Delar appointments by product category Support after‑sales and client retention.
  • Analayze competiors to stay market -ready Monitor market trends & competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with design, production & logistics for smooth delivery.

Build relationship with interior designer and Architece's & Builders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing or related)

Sales experience (preferably furniture/Feild)

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation

Target‑orientation, self‑driven, team player

Organized, decisive, problem solver

Preferred:

Retail + B2B client experience

Familiarity with CRM/sales tools

Willingness to travel locally
