Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for our IT products in the Telecom domain within the domestic market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of telecom technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the domestic market.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Present and demonstrate IT/Telecom products to prospects and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and product promotions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Telecom / VoIP / Call Center / Unified Communication solutions preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales or IT product sales in the domestic market.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
