Business Development Executive

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive our company’s growth and expand our market presence. You'll be a key driver of our sales strategy, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with enterprise clients, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
  • Prepare business plans, financial projections, and performance reports.
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term strategic goals and expansion roadmap.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients, franchisees, and partners.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Present company offerings, franchise opportunities, or products to potential clients.
  • Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.

3. Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for business partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) and external partners.

5. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and conversion rates.
  • Propose initiatives to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Develop pricing and sales strategies in coordination with management.

6. Marketing & Brand Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to align business goals with promotional campaigns.
  • Identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities to boost visibility.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
  • Track KPIs related to leads, conversions, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or sales tracking systems.

8. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new franchisees, clients, or business partners.
  • Guide junior business development or sales staff, when applicable.
  • Promote a performance-driven and collaborative work culture.

9. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Recommend process improvements and tools to enhance productivity and results.
  • Identify innovative approaches to customer engagement and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets across multiple markets.
  • Strong history of driving substantial revenue growth through enterprise-level clients and key accounts.

Competitive salary + Uncapped High Commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
