Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-3 yrs in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the industry and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience from a digital marketing agency would be a plus.
