Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a solid background in the rent-a-car or tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. A valid driver's license is essential, as the role may involve client visits, site inspections, and fleet coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rent-a-car or tourism market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.
• Promote company services including short-term rentals, long-term leasing, chauffeur services, and tourism packages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male (Position open to male candidates only)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or sales role in rent-a-car, transportation, or tourism sector.
• License: Valid driver’s license (manual & automatic preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing basics is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus depending on the region.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
