Are you passionate about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth?
Exotic Interiors Studio — a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai — is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and present proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward targets.
• Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and networking abilities.
• Goal-driven with a proactive and professional attitude.
• UAE market experience is a plus.
