Business Development Executive

We secure business opportunities through competitive bidding and ensure successful delivery from initiation to completion. We are expanding our team and seeking result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executives who are driven to win projects, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and track new tenders, bids, and contract opportunities across public and private sectors.
  • Prepare and submit well-structured, compliant, and competitive proposals aligned with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the operations and project teams to ensure on-time, successful delivery of awarded projects.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to strengthen pricing and proposal strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all bids, results, and client communications.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through successful bidding and client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, tender submission, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tender portals.

Salary Range: 35,000 to 75,000 , Including Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
