Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata , West Bengal

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
  • Promote company products/services and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (field experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Strong marketing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
