Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Steyp, you will play a key role in expanding our reach among students, colleges, and educational institutions. You will be responsible for driving admissions, building partnerships, and promoting Steyp’s programs to help students upskill for the tech-driven world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, college visits, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and counselling sessions for students and parents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training partners, and placement cells.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
  • Handle student inquiries, guide them through the enrolment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach programs to promote Steyp’s offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational counselling (Edu-Tech experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of the education and technology sectors is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
