We are seeking a confident, wellspoken, and proactive Business Development Executive who will engage with international clients and generate business through impactful conversations and relationship-building.
Note: Female candidates are highly preferred for this position due to client communication preferences. However, male candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls and client interactions with international leads only
• Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Effectively handle client communication, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Introduce company services and build client interest through effective communication
• Convert conversations into qualified leads or successful closures
• Maintain a follow-up process and update CRM systems with all client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and closures

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 0–12 months of experience in Business Development, or client engagement (preferably international)
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
• Confident, clear articulation, and a polite tone over the phone
• Comfortable handling rejections and converting cold leads
• Experience in international client handling and understanding of global communication etiquette
• Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Multilingual capabilities are an added advantage
• Should be goal-oriented, well-groomed, and client-focused
