ABL Group is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and talented "Business Development Executive” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting our services to potential clients. You will also deliver our service presentations and demonstrate how our services meet specific client’s requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new market segments, and industry trends. Use cold outreach, networking, and referrals to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth and revenue targets. Tailor pitches and presentations to align with a prospective client's specific needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new prospects and existing clients. Manage the client relationship from initial contact through the entire sales process to deal closure.
  • Manage negotiations: Lead negotiations on proposals, pricing, and contract terms, ensuring favorable and mutually beneficial outcomes while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal departments, such as the management, accounts, and procurement/sales team, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Analyze and report: Track sales activities, analyze market data, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management
  • Represent the company: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build professional networks, promote service visibility, and generate new leads.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in MEP/ Consultancy Companies is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Outlook and Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Presentation).
  • Ability to travel to KSA, India, and other GCC countries.

  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt strategies to evolving market conditions.

Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month (negotiable)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience: 5 years and above (Preferred)
