Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with strong expertise in HORECA sales, particularly within the Bakery and Food Ingredient sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand sales of bakery raw materials (e.g. flour, yeast, improvers, fats, fillings, premixes, etc.) within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies, and Bakeries).
  • Identify new clients, build strong business relationships, and generate leads across the UAE.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demos as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in HORECA or Bakery raw material sales.
  • Strong existing network within bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, and catering businesses.
  • Excellent knowledge of bakery ingredients and applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
