Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and hands-on experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and cold calling. You will play a key role in expanding our client base in the USA market, generating qualified leads, and building lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach and conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets while ensuring excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, telemarketing roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in social media & email marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Willingness to work night shifts (USA timing).
