Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive client acquisition through LinkedIn and Upwork platforms. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, understands the tech services market, and can effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients on LinkedIn and Upwork platforms

Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals and bids that highlight our technical capabilities and past successes

Client Communication: Manage initial client conversations, understand requirements, and qualify leads

Platform Management: Maintain and optimize company profiles on LinkedIn and Upwork to maximize visibility

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools

Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to accurately scope projects and prepare proposals

Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients

Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status
Requirements
Essential Skills
-
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals on Upwork and/or LinkedIn
-
Strong understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience writing winning proposals and client-facing documentation

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Technical Knowledge

Understanding of software development lifecycle and tech terminology

Ability to discuss technical solutions with clients (training will be provided)

Knowledge of AI/ML services and modern web technologies is a plus

Compensation & Work Details

Salary Range: 70,000 - 80,000 PKR

Incentives: Performance-based commissions

Location: DHA Phase 3, XX Sector (Onsite)

Work Schedule: 3 PM to 12 AM
