About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills, along with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and outbound communication (emails, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored business proposals and solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate client and pipeline information.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, report progress, and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or IT/Consulting Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
