We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team in Jaipur. As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior sales experience who are eager to develop their career in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients (parents, students, and tutors).

Promote Otoo Learning’s services and explain benefits to customers.

Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into clients.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Support the business development team in planning and executing strategies.

Maintain proper records of client interactions and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (any stream) – Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in handling client interactions and negotiations.

Result-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

Prior sales or business development experience (preferred, not mandatory).
