Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall growth of DH Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and networking
  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into clients
  • Prepare proposals, sales pitches, presentations, and follow-up sequences
  • Maintain CRM, track leads, and run consistent outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to understand services and prepare winning strategies
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Build relationships with clients across USA, Canada, GCC, and Europe
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred)
  • Excellent written & spoken English (mandatory)
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations, and sales documents
  • Strong understanding of software development, SaaS, AI, eCommerce, and digital solutions
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or other lead-gen tools is a plus
  • Must be target-oriented and self-driven
  • Strong negotiation & client communication skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
