Job Title: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Location: Dwarka, Delhi (Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing agency or selling digital services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and online demos to convert leads into clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, performance, design, content) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, track performance, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Websites, Branding, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking events is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
