Business Development Executive – Franchise Sales

Reporting To: Franchise Manager / Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
( Preferred for Female candidates)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (Franchise Sales) to drive franchise expansion, generate leads, and onboard new franchise partners. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end franchise acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities: Franchise Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify potential franchise partners through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present the franchise model, value proposition, and ROI details to interested prospects.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups until closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure franchisee satisfaction.
  • Address franchise-related queries and guide them through the onboarding process.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential regions for franchise growth.
  • Support in planning and executing franchise expansion strategies.
  • Participate in trade fairs, franchise expos, and promotional events to generate leads.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Handle documentation, agreements, and compliance related to franchise onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) during franchise setup.
  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Good understanding of franchise business models.
  • Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development / franchise sales / channel sales.
  • Experience in training, education, or service industry is an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience + incentives based on franchise sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
