Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory for entry level).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools, CRM, and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
