Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and branding services, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and has a strong understanding of client needs.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for marketing, branding, and digital services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry activities when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in marketing, advertising, or related services in the UAE.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Good understanding of marketing, branding, digital marketing, and advertising services.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

UAE market knowledge and client network is a strong advantage.
