Business Development Executive

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out (Sharjah)

Epic Fitout is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our Joinery Works and turnkey fit-out business in the UAE.

Role Highlights

• Generate leads and close interior fit-out & Joinery projects through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
• Meet clients, understand requirements, present solutions, and prepare proposals
• Coordinate closely with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience in fit-out/Joinery industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the UAE market
• UAE driving license preferred
