Position: Business Development Executive

Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 per month + Commission (in USD) + Daily Bonuses
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, aligned with US/International clients)

About the Role:

Fortune Tech is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are goal-oriented, confident communicators, and eager to earn high commissions and daily performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing international clients.
• Develop and deliver professional sales pitches and customized proposals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems.
• Represent Fortune Tech professionally in all client communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) to handle international clients.
