Job Summary:

Are you a motivated Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Client Acquisition Specialist looking to grow your career in professional services? Flying Colour Tax Consultant LLC is seeking a high-performing B2B sales professional to drive lead generation, client meetings, and revenue growth in Dubai. This role offers exposure to tax, accounting, advisory, and finance services and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert B2B leads for tax, accounting, advisory, and finance services
• Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide business solutions and consulting services
• Support onboarding and coordination for new clients and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management
• Experience in professional services (tax, accounting, advisory, finance) is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting
• UAE experience preferred; candidates from India or GCC willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
