We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing interiors and fitout company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the interior design and fitout sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fitout sectors
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and scope
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
- Understand client needs and provide tailored interior and fitout solutions
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Identify potential market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure alignment on project feasibility
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects post-sale
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Excellent communications skill (In English)
