Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and support revenue growth. The role involves identifying opportunities, pitching services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and target clients in assigned industries or regions
  • Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, delivery) to align proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and support closure of business deals
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry forums to generate leads

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Client-focused, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Experience in B2B sales, services, or solutions industry is an advantage
